At Goodbay, our aim is to transform our agents into consistent high-performers. We rate our agents on their customer satisfaction scores measured and monitored through an independent quality assurance system. This helps us in fostering a healthy competition among the agents in order to derive the best performance every time. The high quality standards at Goodbay mean that agents achieving scores of below 90% on CSAT are retrained till their scores consistently cross the minimum required limit of 95%. We do not believe in harboring liabilities and we usually part with the agents who cannot improve their scores after 2 retraining sessions. These practices are important in our setup since they allow us to deliver on our promise of providing competent service to the clients and a professionally challenging work-environment to our agents.
Fun 'n' Play @ Goodbay: While we constantly stress on professional excellence, at Goodbay, we also ensure there is constant all-round development for our human resources in a friendly, supportive and joyful work-atmosphere. Goodbay encourages a "work hard - play hard" attitude among the workforce and the recently concluded cricket matches successfully showcased this philosophy. Our Human Resources Department is always keen on inculcating a sportsmanship spirit among the workforce helping our professionals develop team-building skills, leadership skills, time-management skills and various other qualities. Apart from that, our agents organize weekly fun and games (Friday Fun) on the production floors to foster a friendly environment and increase camaraderie in the teams.
Goodbay takes Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously. We conduct various programs and activities in this regard every month and our employees always show keen interest in making a contribution towards the society. Whether it is the "recycling drive", visits to old-age homes and orphanages, or perhaps the blood donation camps, our employees actively take part in various activities to create a well-balanced work culture at Goodbay while fulfilling the social responsibilities.
One Family @ Goodbay: Goodbay's organizational setup is non-hierarchical and that is essential for creating a family atmosphere among the workforce. At Goodbay, everyone knows everyone else and we encourage cross-trainings on projects to create amity and a sense of togetherness among the agents and the management. Our non-hierarchical management setup means that everyone in the company is easily accessible, right from the agents to the senior management to the CEO of the company. Employees are free to make suggestions to the senior management, whistle-blow and bring various other best practices to work.
