I am a proud member of the Goodbay family and I've been with the company for 9 months now.  

I am an Anglo-Indian from Bangalore with a graduate degree in Business Management and more than five years of comprehensive call center experience under my belt. I started my career as a sales executive and later moved into account management. My previous work experience has instilled in me leadership and accountability, two qualities that make me a successful team lead at Goodbay. I like listening and playing music (drums / saxophone), and also love to play hockey and basketball.  

I like coming to work each day and it has been a great experience for me so far. Here at Goodbay, the constant aim is to develop qualities that make us stand ahead in all aspects of professional life. The Goodbay experience has been instrumental in shaping my career and helping me achieve my professional goals.

I am an Engineering graduate specializing in computer science with a strong passion towards work. I believe in getting things done through collaboration and team work. And hey! That is not all that defines me. I am a good dancer, a painter, and a lot of fun to work with.

I am a British citizen, living and working in Bangalore since 1993, I have completed my junior college at Christ University. I have worked in several business domains like construction, mineral processing, bartending, hospitality, etc.  

I am an outdoor person at heart and love climbing, trekking, and practically any physical sport. I like coming to work each day because the work I do comes naturally to me as I am very comfortable in conversing with people from diverse backgrounds. Helping people is very satisfying to me and this is the reason I continue to do what I do.

I like travelling, trekking and adventure; basically all outdoor sports. I love watching Formula 1 and Moto GP, and that is because racing is my passion.  

I like coming to work each day because for me it’s not just about work here at Goodbay. My role involves interaction with International customers, a lot of analysis and reporting, and supervisory duties as well. To top it off, the team atmosphere is excellent and it is like a one big family working together. There is a lot of fun at work too and each day is different. To sum up, I just love my job.

I am a proud member of the "GOODBAY" family for the last year-and-a-half. I have been a part of this genre of industry for the last 5 years and accomplished challenging roles in server support, IT administration, internal helpdesk and desktop support.  

Apart from the work at Goodbay (that I absolutely love), I have certain other things to add under the list of my favorites. My friends love to have me over for parties and events because of my skills with the guitar and my singing abilities. Apart from that, I like cartooning and sketching as well.  

Goodbay Technologies is home for me, and definitely more than a work place. The truth is that I just can’t stop myself from coming here every day as this is the place where I meet my friends. What I love about Goodbay is the fact that it is one organization that treats its employees with respect and makes each individual in the workforce feel special and comfortable. What else can a person need from his/her employer!

Having done my MBA in operations management, I currently hold the position of the operations Team Lead for a critical sales process. I like all types of sales operations as that is something I specialize in. I like working in a challenging environment and Goodbay Technologies provides me an opportunity to do that every day. The work-culture at Goodbay has allowed me to sharpen my business acumen and improve my professional skills.  

There is a lot of positive energy at my workplace. I go through different experiences each day and I constantly challenge myself to achieve something different and something better with each passing day. At Goodbay you are recognized for every little effort you put in to better the business processes. I like the way things are managed here at Goodbay since everyone is friendly and approachable, even the senior management and the company CEO.

My other areas of interest include travel, sports and photography. I find sunsets and beaches very fascinating and love capturing such sights in my camera. I love to travel on weekends and visit various places of my interest.

I have been with Goodbay for more than a year now.  

I am a science graduate from Mysore. I started my Call Center career around 6 years ago as a customer service executive for an ISP process. I have also handled outbound sales and quality analysis in my previous roles.  

I am a movie buff. I play Chess a lot, and I love solving Puzzles. Travelling, and visiting places of historical importance (heritage sites), is my passion and in connection with this passion, I have travelled to almost every part of India.

I like coming to work because I love my job here. It is a peaceful workplace and my role here gives me immense professional satisfaction. I feel the work atmosphere here is quite relaxed and there is equal attention paid towards the professional development and the personal development of every employee. At Goodbay, there are some days with challenging work schedules but there are also some with joyous and fun-filled moments in between. Overall, it is a satisfying experience and each day brings something new to do and something new to learn at my workplace.

I am an Anglo-Indian, happily married for 18 years now and mother to two naughty, but very handsome boys.  I have done my PUC, and prior to joining Goodbay, I had a teaching career that lasted for almost 10 years.  

My hobbies include a deep passion for reading, watching cricket with my family, and hanging-out with my two lovely boys. 

I love coming to work each day because my work provides me an opportunity to learn new things and gain more knowledge about the services division that I specialize in. The work atmosphere is great and especially for me, the role and the responsibilities just seem to get better with each passing day. Goodbay is growing each day and with it is its workforce.

I am a Commerce graduate with a strong background in customer services and call center operations. I like listening to soft music, reading Sidney Sheldon and spending time with my baby.  

I like coming to work each day because my workplace makes me feel very comfortable, the work is satisfying and the environment is always positive. The management is friendly and approachable and then there are my fantastic colleagues. All factors put together, Goodbay forms quite an attractive force that pulls me to work each day with a smile on my face. I am working in the customer service department for Goodbay while simultaneously pursuing my Bachelors Degree from Osmania University. When I joined Goodbay, I had a total work experience of 5 years spanning across the domains of customer service and credit card collections. My hobbies include singing, listening to music and travelling.  

I like coming to work each day because my work is quite fulfilling, and through my current projects I get to learn a lot about the industry, the professional life and the work culture. I feel this will greatly contribute to my overall development and help me achieve my long-term goals. At Goodbay, the work is always organized and that is one aspect I love the most.

Born and raised in Goa, I love the sea and I am crazy about sea-food. Dance, especially Salsa, is my passion, and singing is my de-stress mantra. I enjoy almost anything that involves being creative, right from charcoal sketching to cooking.  

I am a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication and currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Human Resources. I have always been a people person and that is exactly what my role at Goodbay requires me to be.

At Goodbay your opinion always counts and change towards betterment is a constant factor here. I get to contribute both at the conceptualizing level as well as the executing level; what more could I ask for! The best part of my job is the complete absence of monotony. No two days at work are ever the same. For me, it is always new people, and different situations every single day. When I meet colleagues who are successful and happy with us, it feels great. It means we are able to rightly align their skill-set, interests and aspirations with our hiring requirements and company goals. That to me is complete job satisfaction.

Apart from work, I am also pursuing my degree in Engineering in Software Development from Bangalore University. Before joining I worked as a debt officer in a debt-settlement company for over 3 years.
