Connecting Calls

This process is usually fast to implement. There is no transfer required for outbound calls. For inbound calls, this process can take any where from one to ten days to complete fully. We can transfer your calls to our facility in the following ways:

  • We provide you with a local DID number or a toll-free number and you simply transfer your calls to that number. This will require minimal programming of your PBX switch (usually takes a day or less), or by requesting your phone company or carrier to forward the calls directly to us
  • We issue you a brand-new toll-free number which terminates directly into our center. This is the fastest and easiest method of transfer
  • We take over your existing toll-free number directly from your phone carrier and have that number transferred to our contact center through our phone carrier. This usually takes up to ten days because of the time taken by the phone companies to switch the number from one carrier to another
