Connecting to Your Systems

This process is usually superfluous for Outbound Account Acquisitions and Salesforce Outsourcing projects, and generally applies for Inbound projects. The complexity of integrating to your back-end systems for Inbound call handling is dependent upon whether your company uses a legacy system or an Web-based system. Here is how we connect to your networks:

Web-Based Systems

There is generally little connection needed. Our staff are all equipped with their own personal computer in their cubicles, and everyone has high-speed Internet access. Once you provide us with a log-in ID and password, our staff can simply access your data. Our facilities are protected by a firewall at the back-end to protect our servers from being hacked into. Click here for a diagram to show our firewall and security measures.

Legacy-Based Systems

With the rapid evolution of the VPN technology in the marketplace, accessing your system securely has become easy and effective. Goodbay’s technical staff will work directly with your technical staff to establish a safe and secure connection. We will install your Client software on our servers and by utilizing a VPN we can log-in to your system and access all of your systems real-time, as if our staff was sitting in your office.Once your technical staff provides us with the log-in access codes for your internal systems, and we will establish the connection. This whole process typically takes one week, and can sometimes take up to two weeks for complex and old systems. The time required by your technical staff is minimal. The VPN and set up process will mainly be done by Goodbay’s technical team. The VPN provides us a quick and highly secure real-time method of servicing your customers remotely with your computer systems.
